Who we are
This website is operated by Nassereddine Market to receive job applications for its branches. Contact details for privacy questions will be published on this page.
What we collect
The information you enter in the application form: personal details (including your parents' names, date and place of birth, civil registry details, nationality, marital status, children, blood type and housing), contact details, education, work history (including your last salary), social security, health insurance, medical conditions, military service and driving licenses, the references you list, your job preferences and notes, and the files you upload (your photo, required, and your ID card, CV and medical documents, all optional). We also record when you gave your consent. To protect the site from abuse, your IP address is used for a short time to limit repeated requests.
Why we use it
To review your application for positions at our branches and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Human-resources staff of the branches you choose can see your application. The most sensitive information (your mother's name, civil registry details, marital status and number of children, blood type and medical conditions, housing type, last salary, social security, health insurance, military service, driving licenses, references, and your ID card and medical files) is visible only to a few senior administrators. Every time someone opens an application, it is recorded.
How we protect it
Your files are encrypted in your browser before they are uploaded and stay encrypted in storage; sensitive form fields are encrypted in our database. Access is limited to authorized staff, protected by passwords and monitored.
Drafts on your device
While you fill in the form, your answers are saved in this browser so that you can continue later. They are not sent to us until you submit. The draft is deleted when you submit, when you choose "Discard draft", or automatically after a few days. On a shared computer, discard your draft when you finish.
How long we keep it
The period for which applications are kept will be stated here before the site opens. Backups of our database are kept for up to 14 days.
Your choices
Applications cannot be edited after submission. You may ask us to see, correct or delete your application using the contact details above; corrections are added to your application as notes.

By ticking "I agree to the privacy terms" in the application form, you agree to the use of your information as described on this page.
